T-Test. Label and list one set of scores in one column List the second set in the second column. Choose Formulas tab>more functions>statistical> T.test. A box will pop up. Click on Array 1>Highlight the first column. You will notice that Array 1 now says A1:A11.

Click on Array 2>Highlight the second column The numbers from each column are on the right of the table.
The next box asks for the number of tails. • Click on that box for an explanation. • We will choose 2
Choose the type of T-Test you want to run. • If you put your cursor in the Type box, it will give you an explanation of your choices
We will type 1 in the box • Then put your cursor on the spreadsheet Your answer will appear at the bottom of the right hand column.
If you place your cursor on the spreadsheet, the answer will appear there when you hit OK
Standard Deviation • Choose Formulas tab>more functions>statistical>STDEV.S for standard deviation of a sample (STDEV.P for standard deviation of population) Every time you click in a box and highlight a row of numbers it will add a new box.
Creating Charts • If you want to create a column chart, go to Insert • Highlight the columns you want to include, • Click on Column • Click on the style you want If you include the Column labels, a Legend will appear on The right
Correlation • Put your numbers in corresponding columns • Choose Formulas tab>more functions>statistical> • Choose CORREL or PEARSON
Your answer is in the right hand column and on the designated block on your spreadsheet
Scatter Plot • Go to Insert • Highlight your columns • Click on Scatter
