  6. Commissioned Services 2010/2011 • Stigma Project • Online Support Service • Fairshare • Number of small one off payments to organisations including parent to parent etc

  7. Commissioned Services: The future • Dependant on ASG • Loss of ring fence • City wide strategy • Outcomes including public health

  8. Social Care: The Future • ASG and Health Funding • Co-location • Integration • Skills mix

  9. Long Term Planning • ASG needs to be retained as an identifiable income stream • Joint working arrangements • Commissioning across Health, Social Care and third sector • Prevention

  10. Long Term Planning • Collaborative working across whole of city including LA, Health, Education, Service Users. Community and Faith leaders. • Idealistic? • Realistic and sustainable outcomes

  11. Summary • Local model can be a National Model • Good Practice should be celebrated and shared
