Homeostasis • The tendency for every system, both physical and emotional, to spring back to its original form
Identified Patient • The one we blame - can be a person, group or thing.
Symptom Bearer • The most vulnerable person in the system.
Symptom Bearer • If the Identified Patient does not take on the anxiety being pushed their way they will not become the Symptom Bearer.
Family Field • The baggage that we bring to every group that we join from our up bringing.
Triangulation • The desire to give the anxiety that belongs to you to others. • Only complete if accepted.
