  7. Monitor Resource Performance (Performance Monitoring ) lanjutan Dari grafik trafik IIX didapatkan:- Trafik paling tinggi (sampai dengan 70 Mbps) pada 13.00 – 15.00 WIB - Trafik terendah (sampai dengan 5 Mbps) pada 04.00 – 06.00 WIB

Analyze Resource Performance (Performance Analysis ) Permasalahan yang sering timbul antara lain:- Trafik dapat menjadi hilang atau “lose traffic” disebabkan karena Device (router, switch dan power supply)- Trafik menjadi tinggi karena terjadi “kebocoran” dalam proses routing dan proses routing menjadi berat

Control Resource Performance (Optimization ) Control Peering Agreement:- Dilakukan MoU antar pengelola IIX dan ISP Berisi antara lain tentang tujuan dan maksud dilakukan peering pada IIX, apabila terjadi perselisihan, pengembangan bersama,dll- MLPA IIX (Multi Lateral Peering Agreement) Berisi panduan teknis interkoneksi antara ISP dan network IIX
