Mediation • The project „Konflikte klever lősen” is concerning on the issue how the young people in the schools can take the responsability for solving the conflict situations among them • Due to the fact that we did not have the previous experince in the mediation we decided to see and analyse what sort of experience can be implamented by the our partners • The real focus was the German methodology of mediation that we saw in Richard Wagner Gymnasium in Bayreuth. It was the inspiration to look for our own solution
Theresearch of theconflictsintheschool In January 2013 we questioned over 100 persons in area of conflicts among:the students, teachers and parents The results were presented in Bayreuth in March 2013
THE RESEARCH OF THE CONFLICTS IN THE SCHOOL Moreover between June and September 2013 we made a second research by using the contemporary Internet technology. The questionnaire was the same as our friends from Bayreuth did in their school (Politische Ausbildung) The results of these two research can be found in the E-Book of the project

Themediationtraining THE AIM OF THE MEDIATION IS NOT FINDING GUILTY BUT THE SEARCHING FOR THE SOLUTION ACCEPTABLE FOR EVERYONE
Thedecision • Confronting our needs was comprehended by the work of school psychologist, Ivona Woźniakova. • We have decided to implement the real mediaton training by the sworn court mediator, Mrs Joanna Piórkowska • The purpose for the training was concerning three groups: the teachers, Comenius project participants and 2 persons from each class in the school. • Direction of the school agreed for implamenting the new people coming to school in next school years
