  5. Welcome Tonight’s Objectives #1. To review any scenarios / ideas the committee has worked on over break #2. To work in small groups and review scenarios #3. Present results of small group discussions to the overall committee Tonight’s Objectives

  6. The committee will divide into 3 equally sized groups. • Each sub-group will go to a set of maps (elementary, middle, high) • The sub-committees will have 30 minutes per station to mark up the large-scale maps and note where changes could/should be explored • After 30 minutes (or sooner if complete), each sub-group will rotate to a different station • ES goes to MS • MS goes to HS • HS goes to ES • The sub-groups will repeat the process until every committee member has explored all 3 sets of maps • Once all committee members have explored and discussed the maps, each group will share with the entire group on their findings Breakout Sessions
