Have you been in a situation in which you felt the decision or outcome was unfair? • How did you feel? • How did you feel about the person making the decision? • Did you try understanding why they made that decision? • What did you do about the situation? How did you handle it? Did you handle it well?

  3. Why did the person make that decision? Alternative ways the situation could have been handled? Could the decision / outcome have been fair to everyone?

  4. What does it mean to be fair? How do you know when someone is being unfair?
