  6. WHAT IS WHAM? WHAM is a mobile application that allows emergency responders in Wisconsin to electronically record damage assessment information on an Android phone or tablet. • Automates manual damage assessment improving productivity and reducing cost • Eliminates the need for paper forms • Allows for picture capture of actual damage in real time • Allows for GPS collection of damage location • Allows for real time mapping display of affected areas • Automates the final reports that must be submitted to Wisconsin Emergency Management
