Culturally positive obesity prevention strategies • Do not focus on obesity as such • Increase awareness of changes while they are happening • Demand healthier mix of foods • Leverage diversity in food cultures • Create positive, psychologically and socially meaningful experiences with healthy foods • Empower parents
