  2. How to become a district or campus volunteer in Cedar Hill ISD. An application is required for all district volunteers. Applications must be renewed each school year. Please follow the instructions to become a campus and district volunteer. Don’t forget to become a FAN of BRAY ELEMENTARY

  4. If you already have a Voly account, just sign in. If you do not have a Voly account, you need to create one.

  5. Fill out the Volunteer Application Form completely. ***DON’T FORGET**** Click to agree to Background Check After completing the form click the SUBMIT form button at the bottom

  6. Background Check Requested will appear AFTER you click Submit

  7. After submitting your form, you will receive an email. Be sure to check the junk folder in your email. The link contained in the email expires in 14 days. Make sure to fill it out immediately! OPEN ME!!!

  8. Fill the form out completely and submit. The link expires in 14 days. Approval time will take 5-7 Business Days pending no flags in the applicants background. If the account is flagged for any reason you will be able to submit an appeal. All volunteers must use their legal name. Any error when entering information will prolong the approval process.   9. The Link will take you to VERIFYI to complete the Background Check Confirmation

  10. Make sure to become a fan of your school. This will keep you up to date on all of the happenings on your campus! .1 Choose Schools 2. Find your campus 3. Become a fan!!

  11. It will take 5-7 business days to process your background check. It will indicate your APPROVED status on your VOLY account. You can start to volunteer once your background has been APPROVED
