12 Welsh Blue Badge Tourist Guides in the process of being trained as Tourist Guide Trainers by FEG Funding by Wotga, Visit Wales and the Trainees themselves Winter 2019/2020 our first Wales Green Badge courses across Wales will be run and accredited by Wotga/FEG accredited trainers Ongoing courses to upgrade Green Badges to all Wales Blue Badge and prospective site guide badge to be introduced Where are we now?
The Art of Guiding : for example- Non Verbal Communication- Care of the Voice- Group Management- Handling Questions & Complaints All of these provide useful training or refreshers for show rounds, meetings, presentations, reception, bar/dining and handling clients for those who are on the front line!
