  1. Devices with integrated Screens (PHABLETS, tablets, netbooks, ...)

  2. Issues since Windows 8 on “highly mobile machines” Wake-up of displays after standby is impossible. E.g. Ctrl-O and active content/schedules cannot activate the display. Devices do loose their network connection. Windows screens get locked.

  4. How to fix it • Add/Modify two registry keys to disable S0low-power and lock screen: • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization DWORD NoLockScreen=1

  5. Hot to fix the problem (2) • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power DWORD CsEnabled=0
