Site Eligibility Req’ts to qualify Afterschool Nutrition sites • Public or private non-profit • Located in 50% or more free & reduced-price school zone • Activities provided (educational or enrichment, regularly scheduled) • Child care license or license exemption • Meet state and local health and safety standards

11. Meal Pattern Requirements Supper Snack • 2 components (no “liquid diet”, i.e. fruit juice & milk) • 1 serving of milk • 2 or more servings of FRUITS &/or VEGETABLES • 1 serving of GRAIN or BREAD • 1 serving of MEAT or MEAT ALTERNATIVE
