Hiking Tips • Plan ahead:There’s differnce between a great hike or a trip to the hospital it’s really up to you. • Be kind to yourself: Knowing your abilities. • Be a Lightweight: less you carry. • Avoid Huffing and Puffing: you can talk while your walking. • Take a Break: take 10 mins almost every hour. • No Food, No Fuel, No Fun: drink all the time and eat oten every hour. • Watch Your Time: coming back is nto easy.
