  4. Marketing • E-mails send to all picnic attendees. • Announcement made on mike at the picnic. • Volunteers sold tickets.

  5. Sales • Soda – 48 x $1 = $48 • Lassi – 24 x $1 = $24 • Lemonade – 20 x $1 = $20 • Jalzeeera – 18 x $1 = $18 • Popsicle – 6 x $1 = $6 • ========================== • Total = $116

Expenses • Soda – 2 pack x $6/pack = $12 • Popsicle – 10 packs x $0.25 = $2.5 • Stuff for lemonade • Lemonade powder (1 pkt) = $4 • Cups (2 packs) - $2/pack = $4 • Water – free from picnic organizer • Stuff for mango lassi • Mango pulp (2 pack) = $4 x 2 = $8 • Cups (2 packs) - $2/pack = $4 • Milk - $6 • Sugar - $3 • Stuff for jalzeera • Jalzeera powder (1 pack) = $6 • Cups (2 packs) - $2/pack = $4 • Salt - $1 • Volunteers • 3 volunteers @ $10/each = $30 • 4 volunteers @ $5/each = $20 • ========================== • Total = $104.50
