History • 26th October 2006 SUNP was established by the decision of the government of Republic of Serbia. • 26th November 2007 Accredited by the Ministry of Science for scientific research. • 12th April 2008 The first integrated university in Serbia, accredited by the Ministry of Education. • 10 departments and 55 study programmes have been accredited to award bachelors, mastersand PhD degrees. • 4th May 2013 SUNP was re-accredited.

Career centre • Providing support to graduates necessary for employment and further education • 300 graduate students (complete data base) • 100students have attended workshops. • Cooperation with 10 employers has been established. • 50 students have got a job/practice through this centre or in cooperation with the local administration.

Student Exchange 30 students have been engaged in the student exchange programme. They have gained significant experience at partner Universities: • University of Nice- Sophie Antipolis • FH Wien • University in Gratz. • University of Edirne, Turkey
Projects SUNP has actively been involved in: • WUS Austria support program2007–2010: Improving Quality, Knowledge & Skills for Economic Development, Master Studies Development Program (MSDP),Brain Gain Program+ (BGP+) Life Long Learning and e-Learning Program (LLL/eLP). • participated or coordinated at 15 international Tempus projects, some IPA and 20 projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of RS.
