College of Business Admission Criteria You have been admitted to the University of Central Florida, NOT to the College of Business (yet). • Business Common Program Prerequisites ACG 2021 Financial Accounting ACG 2071 Managerial Accounting ECO 2013 Macroeconomics ECO 2023 Microeconomics CGS 2100 Computer Fundamentals for Business STA 2023 Statistics & MAC2233 Concepts of Calculus • Gen. Education, Gordon Rule, & Minimum 2.00 Overall GPA

Maintain a minimum 2.00 UCF GPA Academic Probation • UCF GPA drops below 2.00. • Continues until UCF GPA reaches a 2.00 or higher. Disqualification • Semester GPA is below 2.00 during probation. • No longer a UCF student. • Must wait two semesters before applying for readmission. Readmission is not guaranteed!

Lack of Progress Policy • College and/or major GPA falls below 2.00. • Lack of Progress hold prevents future registration. • Meet with a CBA advisor to remove hold.
Lack of Progress for Accounting majors • Removed from Accounting if student fails to achieve 2.00 Major GPA in two consecutive terms. • Readmission to the major must be petitioned through the Accounting department.

Student Responsibilities • Schedule a follow-up appointment. • If applicable, submit a petition(s) for course substitutions. • Submit all official transcripts and/or test scores to Undergraduate Admissions.
Registration • Today you will be registering for your first semester at UCF. • You may enroll in upper-level Business Core courses given completion of prerequisites. • Register for general electives or courses for a non-business minor if prerequisites are in progress.
