The kiwifruit, often shortened to kiwi in many parts of the world, is the edible berry of a woody vine. It is about the size of large chickens egg, brownish-green, bright green or yellowish inside with little black seeds, not to mention, very delicious and sweet. What is a kiwi?
Where is it grown? Kiwis are normally grown in Italy, New Zealand, Chile, Greece and France when the temperature is not too hot nor too cold.
Why are kiwis good for? Kiwis are very high in nutrition. They are a good source of Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin E and Vitamin A . Be careful! If you are allergic to Latex or rubber, you may be most likely allergic to kiwis!
