  6. National Chief Engineer (OSV)46 CFR 11.553 FR 46 CFR 11.553 • The New Rule will apply to those mariners whose service begins after March 24, 2014. Mariners will then have to submit all service and meet all requirements. • For STCW Mariners will have to meet full STCW requirements set forth in Final Rule, if, service began after March 24, 2014. (See Crossovers) • OSV NVIC still at Level 1????, going to be some time before published. http://www.themaritimecenter.com/
