Technical Objectives • Transceivers communicate at 2 Mbps data rate at a reasonable distance • Fast, low power ADC and DAC • choose between the built-in ADC and DAC in microprocessor, or external components • The system would be more convenient and practical if the receiver module ran for a long time on battery power, requiring an efficient, low power design
Additional Considerations • Compact, low power design to run off 2 AA batteries • long battery life • Touch screen LCD
