Next vinyl heat press printing this one is good for one-off situations as well but the quality you'll find is much better than with iron-on. We like this method because the ink essentially dyes the fabrics so you get a nice soft finish and it's just much higher quality. And it's the most widely used professional t-shirt printing method for exactly that reason. There are lots of companies that specialize in screen printing professionally that can print t-shirts for you. You can get much finer details in your design with screen printing than you can with the vinyl heat press method but you do have to be aware of how many colors you use just like how and vinyl you're cutting your design out of a single colored a sheet of vinyl. With screen printing each separate color has to be a separate screen and a separate print so that can get expensive. If you have like 4 colors they have to be overlaid on top of each other screen printing is best for situations where you want to print multiple copies of the same design, because you can use each screen as many times as you like. We'd also recommend trim printing if you're wanting to sell the t-shirts that you print like because it is going to be much higher quality the last main method of getting your design onto a t-shirt is called direct-to-garment printing. This is where a printer prints your design directly onto the t-shirt and as you can see you have a lot of freedom with the design using this method because you can use as many colors as you want and gradients without having to worry about separating each of those colors.
