  4. Is the DELTA footprint and location to be reserved for future development ? • Does the Industrial test facility need to be kept when DELTA is built ? i.e. 2 separate facilities running in parallel • Is the Industrial test facility gun the gun that will be used on DELTA ?

  6. Start build in previous proposed DELTA location with longest possible FEL length • Remove existing shielded areas – start again

  8. Upgrade path • Start build in SRS booster vault ? • Extend towards car park • Variation of this layout possible with existing SRS linac & booster shielded rooms
