  2. Ringball

  3. Ringball was created by Władysław Robakowski in 1936. The game is based on observing folk games such as throwing a buoy through a net full of holes.

  4. About the game: Two teams of four players; -three players (the attackers) -one ball-handler

  5. Equipment: - a net with three holes (the middle hole 50-70 cm in diameter & two side holes 50 cm in diameter each) • a volleyball

  6. The game is played on a volleyball court • The aim is to score 15 points • (the game continues until one team wins by 2 points) 15 points

  7. The attackers are allowed to throw the ball through one of the holes in the net onto the opponents’ part of the court

  8. The fourth player known as the ball-handler must remain within a 3 metre zone near the net. It’s the only player who can pass the ball to his team-mates but must not throw the ball to the opposite side nor block any of the holes/rings.

  9. 1. The game begins by serving the ball from behind the back boundary line of the court over the net. 2. In case the ball lands in the 1,5 metre zone directly behind the net, the only player who can catch the ball is he ball-handler. 3. One to three passes are allowed, otherwise the opponents score a point and get the right to serve. 4. The ball-handler passes the ball to the attackers who aren’t allowed to enter the 3 metre zone and while throwing the ball must touch the ground with both feet.

  10. Hope we'll all have great fun together!
