Reduce the looseness of lining plate.Loose lining plate will cause the relative movement between the lining plate and the cone body, and aggravate the wear.Therefore, soft metal gaskets can be placed between the lining plate and the cone and fastened with bolts to ensure the evenness between them, so as to reduce the phenomenon of break off or wear caused by the loosening of the lining plate. 2. Ensure the equipment is well sealed The quality of the sealing structure design is related to the sealing effect and the life of the sealing ring.The sealing effect of 0-shape sealing ring depends on the correctness of mounting groove size.Sealing ring installation groove is too deep, the compression of the sealing ring is not enough, can not play a role in sealing, so should be reasonable design and processing of sealing structure, in order to ensure good sealing device. 2. Correctly install the sealing ring to ensure good sealing of the equipment.Do not use angular tools to install the seal ring, to prevent scratching the seal ring, avoid stretching it to the permanent deformation position.The sealing ring can be properly lubricated for installation. 3.Inspection in production Regularly check whether the filter is blocked or damaged, and replace the kinked oil discharge pipeline to ensure the unobstructed oil return pipeline.At the same time, attention should be paid to cleaning the side of the cone broken transmission shaft frame ventilation hood, with compressed air purge transmission shaft frame connected with the long core hole of the hood. Check whether the clearance between the inner wall of the oil tank of the main engine base and the oil baffle ring on the counterweight block is reasonable, so as to prevent the oil from splashing onto each other to form an oil seal, thus causing the cone to break and leak oil.

Aging of seals.Rubber seal in use by the oil, temperature, time factors, coupled with improper selection of materials to make the sealing ring, easy to appear aging phenomenon, make the sealing ring body elastic, sealing state changes, resulting in equipment sealing failure. 3.
