  2. Two main conclusions in the MTE: Poor integration of the horizontal themes. (environment, gender equality, integration of ethnical minorities) Emphasize the focus on ”strategical projects” (long term effects).

  3. Activities of the national working group: • Clearify the definition of the indicators for the horizontal themes develop a shared national understanding and use. • Design educations in horizontal themes for the Managing Authorities.

  4. A brochure for those working in regional projects Give the projects new dimensions by integrating the horizontal themes.

  5. Strategical projects Able to start processes and give long term effects Gives prerequisitions for a dynamic development Recommendations in the MTE: • Infrastructure • Build the project on local resources that already excist • Connect the project to a strong sector, national or local • The core activity should be within the frames of the project

  6. Strategical subject areas identified by the Structural Funds Delegation: • Venture capital • Infrastructure for information technology in sparsely populated areas • Development of cluster

  7. Further evaluations • Yearly reports • The conclusions of the MTE are methodological approaches

  8. Report of this year • Which dynamic processes are to be expected from the projects started after the MTE • How the projects are working with the horizontal themes planned activities, activities implemented, sustainable development
