  5. THE DIALOGUE BEGINS WITH JESUS’ RESPONSE • John 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves, and were filled.

  7. THE BREAD WE KNOW BEST • John 6:27 “Do not work for the food which perishes,.......

  8. ANOTHER KIND OF BREAD • John 6:27 ......but for the food which endures to eternal life.... John 6:33 “For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world.”. John 6:35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life..... John 6:48 “I am the bread of life. John 6:51 “I am the living breadthat came down out of heaven;

JESUS EXPLAINS WHAT TO DO WITH THE “OTHER BREAD” John 6:50 “This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, so that one may eat of it and not dieJohn 6:51 “I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he shall live forever; and the bread also which I shall give for the life of the world is My flesh.”

  12. TO SAY THE LEAST, THIS CAUSED SOME CONFUSION AND STILL DOES

  13. IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO THINK ABOUT THIS?

John 6:29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent.”John 6:35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me shall not hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 6:40 “For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him, may have eternal life; and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.” John 6:47 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life.

  15. 3. ABOUT THE ADVANTAGES OF THE BREAD OF LIFE • John 6:40 “....., may have eternal life; and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”

  16. ETERNAL LIFE TO COMEETERNAL LIFE NOW

  17. NEVER ABANDONED • John 6:39 “And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.
