HOW- PROTECTION OF ASSET & FUTURE SAVINGS • Westcroft - key Council asset • Funding from Capital receipts • Enhanced income generation to service loan (Prudential borrowing) • Revenue savings from recent contract retender • Funding from planning gains ring fenced for sport & recreation
