  5. Holidays and Celebrations • Argentina has a carnival six weeks before Easter. • In Argentina on September 21 is Students Day. Students Day is where kids and teachers get together for picnics and games. • Also Argentina’s people celebrate two Independence Days.

  6. Fun Facts • Three-banded armadillos live in the Grand Chaco region in Argentina. They also can roll up into a ball to escape danger. • Argentinansoften eat late in the evening. Many people sit down for dinner after 9 p.m.
