  10. Craig F. Walker 2012 Pulitzer Prize Winner I think this picture is so great because it shows how he was upset over what he did and how bad he feels about the war he no longer believes in. The angle of the picture added emphasis on the storm and he captured the moment perfectly, the lightning was right next to his head and it just worked.
