  1. Kerstin BorglinKerstin has been working for Ericsson in management positions both in Sweden and abroad, i.e. Kenya. She has mostly experience within sales and services and has had responsibility of huge contracts and markets.Her interest is analyse and structuring of companies and organizations in a phase of development where support is needed to reach expected objectives. She has over the years developed an excellent experience of coaching and development of immature organizations. Kerstin has mostly an international experience and today she is working with projects and companies in Sub Saharan Africa.Kerstin is a member of Senior Advisers since 2013.
