  3. Classroom Rules • Be on time to class. Tardiness will result in lunch detention. • Have all materials in class when the tardy bell rings. • Sit in your assigned seat unless the teacher tells you otherwise. • Be courteous to others around you. • Eating and/or drinking is not allowed in the classroom. • Keep your aisle free of clutter. • You must use a pencil to complete assigned work. • Failure to turn in work can lead to a failing grade. • Cell Phones are prohibited!

  4. Classroom Expectations • Have all homework ready to turn in when the tardy bell rings at the beginning of class. • Calculators are a privilege not a right. Take care of your assigned calculator. • Daily work will count for 40% of your final grade. All tests will count 60%. • Late work will result in a ten (10) point deduction per day for the first three days. After the third day, a maximum grade of 70 can be assigned. • Daily notes and objectives will be given and the student is expected to keep them in a folder in chronological order. • Work hard and act right and the year will be fun for all.
