Integrating Resources for Public Outreach in Astronomy: A Case Study from the Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory

This study showcases the integration of information resources at the Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory Library to support public outreach activities, including visits, lessons, conferences, and exhibitions. The library also collaborated with LiBeR and Liber Database to promote astronomical books for children. Additionally, the Historical Archive was utilized to disseminate the history of astronomy. This case study emphasizes the potential for libraries to act as a bridge between resources and the public, with future aims being collaboration with other libraries.
