Some Notes • This is very much the current view and not a final view. It needs discussion/agreement by the MB-NG collaboration. • The diagram should be read in conjunction with Ian’s kit list. • The 12016 GSR at ULCC is an extension of the SJ4 development core. • It is likely that the MB-NG project will need to have exclusive use of the 12016 in a similar way to that proposed for the SJ4 development core. The reasons include: • Possible IP / QoS configuration conflicts • Possible MPLS configuration conflicts • Uniformity / special versions of Cisco software • The OC48X/POS-S(L)R-SC interfaces in the core GSRs are included in the MB-NG project.
