Some Information about Your Experts Jeri Houchins. Administrative Director of several Austin / Travis County Re-Entry Roundtables, she has led the charge in the State of Texas for the intersect between mental health and criminal justice. She holds a M.Ed., and L.P.C. and can be reached at 512-873-4959 or at jerijeanw@gmail.com. Byron Hughes. A Coordinator at Spindletop Center, a LMHA in Beaumont and is a Certified Peer Support Specialist. He has criminal justice and hospital experience and is a strong advocate of mental health.
