To win, you need to create the best hand. A hand is a combination of 5 cards which is formed using the hole cards and community cards as per the hand ranking rules. The player can use one, both, or none of his hole cards to create the best hand. He can even “play the board” that means forming a hand with all five community cards on the table without using any hole card. Objective
The first round of betting round begins clockwise (Pre-Flop). The player sitting immediate left to the BB player makes the first move. He can call the BB, fold his cards, or raise the bet. After his turn, the player next to him makes his move. If no player raises the bet, the BB player has the option to either check or raise the pot when the betting comes back to him in the same round. The round ends when every player either puts an equal amount of money in the pot or all players fold their cards except one. The last remaining player becomes the winner and the hand ends here. If every player wagers in the pot equally, the dealer unveils three community cards and the next round (Flop) begins. The betting continues and every player acts on his turn as per his hand strength. After this round, the dealer reveals one card and the Turn round occurs. The River round begins after the final card shows its face. After this round, all active players reveal their hands (Showdown) and the player with the best cards in value wins. How To Play Texas Holdem
