3. যুবশ্রী এমপ্লয়মেন্ট ব্যাঙ্কে নথিভুক্ত কর্মপ্রার্থীদের উৎসাহ-ভাতা দেওয়া হবে যাতে তাঁরা দক্ষতা-বৃদ্ধির প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে নিজেদের কাজ পাবার সম্ভাবনাকে বাড়াতে পারেন ভাতা পাবার পরিমান ও সময়সীমা মাসে ১৫০০ টাকা করে ভাতা দেওয়া হবে। ওই অর্থ সরাসরি তাদের ব্যাঙ্ক আকাউন্টে জমা হবে। ভাতা চালু রাখার জন্য প্রতি ছয় মাস অন্তর একবার কর্মহীনতা ও প্রশিক্ষণসম্পর্কিত শংসাপত্র জমা দিতে হবে

4. উদ্দেশ্য • এই সাহায্য নিয়ে কর্মপ্রার্থীরা দক্ষতা-বৃদ্ধির প্রশিক্ষণ-গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে কাজের বাজারে তাঁদের নিয়োগের সম্ভাবনা বাড়াতে পারবেন • এই সাহায্য নিয়ে কর্মপ্রার্থীরা উপযুক্ত স্ব-নিযুক্তি প্রকল্প গ্রহন করে স্ব-রোজগারি হতে পারবেন

5. প্রকল্পটি কে রূপায়িত করবেন • পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের • শ্রম-দপ্তরের অধীন • কর্ম-সংস্থান অধিকার

6. যোগ্যতাবলি তাঁকে অবশ্যই কর্মহীন হতে হবে এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসিন্দা হতে হবে। তাঁকে অবশ্যই এমপ্লয়মেন্ট ব্যাঙ্কে ‘কর্মপ্রার্থী’ হিসেবে নথিভুক্ত হতে হবে। তাঁর শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা অবশই অষ্টম-শ্রেণি উত্তীর্ন বা তার বেশি হতে হবে। • এই প্রকল্প যে বছর তাঁর আবেদন বিবেচনা করা হচ্ছে সেই বছরের ১-লা এপ্রিল তাঁর বয়স হতে হবে ১৮-৪৫ বছর। তিনি রাজ্য অথবা কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের কোনো স্বনিযুক্তি প্রকল্পে ঋণ গ্রহণ করেননি। একটি পরিবারের মাত্র একজন সদস্য এই প্রকল্পে ভাতা নিতে পারবেন।

7. কী ভাবে আবেদন করবেন (১/২) যোগ্যতার শর্তাবলি পূরণ করা সাপেক্ষে - • জেলার নির্বাচিত কর্মপ্রার্থীরা সংশ্লিষ্ট মহকুমা-শাসকের কাছে আবেদন করবেন • কলকাতা জেলার নির্বাচিত কর্মপ্রার্থীরা আবেদন করবেন সল্ট-লেকে পূর্ত-ভবনে কলকাতা-জেলার ভারপ্রাপ্ত যুগ্ম-অধিকর্তা, কর্ম-সংস্থান এর কাছে • আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে জমা দিতে হবে নির্দিষ্ট ছকে নেওয়া কর্মহীনতার-শংসাপত্র

8. কী ভাবে আবেদন করবেন (২/২) • নির্বাচিত কর্মপ্রার্থীদের যে কেনো রাষ্ট্রায়ত্ব-ব্যাঙ্কে খোলা নিজেদের ব্যাঙ্ক-অ্যাকাউন্ট সম্পর্কে যাবতীয় তথ্য জানাতে হবে • আবেদন-জমা করার ব্যাপারে এস.এম.এস-পাওয়া জরুরি নয় • আবেদন-পত্র জমা করার ব্যাপারে একজন কর্মপ্রার্থীর নাম তখনই বিবেচিত হবে যদি তিনি বিবেচিত-পরিসীমার মধ্য থাকেন এবং যোগ্যতাবলি পূরণ করেন • পরবর্তী নির্দেশ না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত আবেদনপত্র জমা নেওয়ার কাজ চলবে

9. “যুবশ্রী” এক নজরে প্রতি মাসে ১৫০০ ( এক হাজার পাঁচ-শো) টাকা এমপ্লয়মেন্ট ব্যাঙ্কে একজন কর্মপ্রার্থী হিসেবে নাম নথিভুক্ত থাকতে হবে তাঁকে অবশ্যই বেকার হতে হবে এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসিন্দা হতে হবে • Checked & verified Job-seekers database • আবেদনপত্রের সঙ্গে ছয় মাস অন্তর একবার কর্মহীনতা ও প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পর্কিত শংসাপত্র জমা দিতে হবে • পরিবারের কেবলমাত্র একজন সদসা এই সাহাযা নিতে পারবেন

The Concept Providing unemployment assistance to the enrolled jobseekers of Employment Bank to enable them to upgrade their level of skill in order to make them employable or suitable for setting up of self –employment ventures. PERIOD AND QUANTUM OF ASSISTANCE Rupees 1500/-(one thousand five hundred) per month. Beneficiaries are required to submit a self declaration in Annexure-III in every six months regarding unemployment till date and utilization of the Unemployment Assistance to undertake training for continuation of assistance

13. OBJECTIVES • To provide unemployment assistance to the enrolled jobseekers of Employment Bank to enable them to upgrade their level of skill in order to make them employable • To help them for setting up of suitable self –employment ventures.

14. IMPLEMENTING AGENCY • The Directorate of Employment under the Labour Department, Government of West Bengal

15. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA He/She must be unemployed and a resident of West Bengal He/She should be enrolled with the Employment Bank as ‘job seeker’. His /Her Educational Qualification should be Class VIII pass and above • Should be between 18-45 years of age on the 1st day of April of the year in which he/she is considered under the scheme. • He/ She has not availed financial assistance /loan under any state/central government sponsored Self-Employment scheme. Only one member of a family is eligible to receive assistance

16. HOW TO APPLY (1/2) On fulfilment of the eligibility criteria - • Selected Job-seekers in the districts will apply to the concerned SDO • Selected Job-seekers of Kolkata district will apply to the Joint Director of Employment, Kolkata district at Salt Lake PurtaBhavan • Unemployment Certificate in the prescribed form to be submitted with the application form

17. HOW TO APPLY (2/2) • The selected Job-seekers have to provide information about their Bank Account details in any Nationalised Bank • Receipt of sms is not necessary for submitting application • A job-seeker will be considered for submission of application if he/she is within the zone of consideration and fulfill the eligibility criteria • Receipt of application will continue till further order
