Overview • A.sure is the generic brand name for Anritsu EMEA Service and support products. • They are designed to be low cost, simple to apply and very easy to explain to the customer. • They are intended to make service sales at the point of instrument sale a straight forward and simple addition to the customer order. • Only the standard a.sure package will be added to quote automatically (ie 4%, as currently). Accidental damage, calibration and/or a.sure complete need to be actively sold and added to quotes as requested.

The Portfolio • A.sure • 3 year extended warranty on the instrument purchased • Priority web based customer support • Priced at 4% of End User Price of the product sold • Does not apply to software products (MX?????) • Does not apply to accessories or consumables (ie batteries, cables, connectors, optical transponders, pc based accessories etc) • It is a return to base warranty (ie customer is responsible for returning the instrument to an Anritsu Service Centre or Service Partner location if applicable). • No discount will be offered on a.sure as the cost will reflect any sales based discounts on EUP. (ie will move in line with sales discounts) • Does not cover accidental damage to the instrument, only failures through normal usage.
The Portfolio • A.sure Accidental Damage • 3 year extended warranty on the instrument purchased including accidental damage. • Does not cover instrument replacement, only repair if possible and is limited to 1 accidental repair plus any standard failures per year covered. • Does not include deliberate damage to instrument. • Priced at 8% of End User Price of the product sold. • Does not apply to software products (MX?????) • Does not apply to accessories or consumables (ie batteries, cables, connectors, optical transponders, pc based accessories etc) • It is a return to base extended warranty (ie customer is responsible for returning the instrument to an Anritsu Service Centre or Service Partner location if applicable). • No discount offered on a.sure as cost will reflect any sales based discounts on EUP.
The Portfolio • A.sure Calibration • 3 year extended warranty on the instrument purchased including 3 year calibration contract on the instrument purchased (2 calibrations in EMEA). • It covers the calibration of the instrument at the beginning of year 2 of ownership and at the beginning of year 3 of ownership. • It is a return to base warranty & calibration service (ie customer is responsible for returning the instrument to an Anritsu Service Centre or Service Partner location if applicable). • On-Site calibration can be offered and quoted separately. • Cost to the customer is12%of EUP, applied to the same items as for standard a.sure warranty. • No further discount will be offered as cost will reflect any sales based discounts on EUP.
