What kind of milk? • Adults are advised to drink skim 1% or 2% milk everyday. • But in reality, you don’t get enough nutrients with these milks.
Full Fat is better. Why? • Our bodies can not digest the protein or absorb the calcium from milk without the fat. • Vitamin A and D are fat-soluble , so you can not absorb them from milk without the fat. • Milk fat contains glycosphingolipids, a type of fat linked to immune system health and cell metabolism.
