  1. GET RIPPED! Desk Squats Stand up. Bend your knees until you are almost sitting on your chair (do not sit down). Desk Push Ups Put your hands on the edge of your desk to perform push ups. Calf Raises Stand beside your desk. Lift your heels off the ground, hold. Bring your heels towards the ground (don't put your heels on the floor). Ab Lift (From sitting) Hold the sides of your chair. Lift yourself off the chair by curling your abdominals in, hold. Sit back down. Isometric Bicep Curls Put the palms of your hands under your desk and push your hands up towards your shoulders. Hold for 7 seconds. Sitting Leg Swimmers (x3) Straighten one leg with your toes pointed. Keep your toes pointed and bend your knee.  Tricep Dips Put your hands on the back of your chair. Slowly move forward so that you are slightly in front of the chair. Bend your arms as your dip your body down. Extend your arms to lift your body up.
