Building IBE PROGRAM Integrity • Did company members actions contribute to or detract from the potential success of FUTURE IBE companies? Timely/Accurate "Work Documents" • Did company members accurately track key business and service performance indicators and report them in a timely and accurate manner?

IBE Practicum Feedback/Grading(Individual Components) Business Supervisor Evaluations: • Verified Self Evaluation (fill out and give to supervisor) • Supervisor Evaluation (completed by supervisor) Service Supervisor Evaluations: • Verified Self Evaluation (fill out and give to supervisor) • Supervisor Evaluation (completed by supervisor) At -Large Company Member Evaluations: • 15 "free" points to company members not in team plus up-to 15 more points by giving negative points to members who have let you down or made it difficult for you to do your job. • Other?

IBE Practicum Feedback/Grading(Individual Components) Team Contribution – Self Reflection • To develop self-awareness of team contributions • Personal reflections essay based on data from mid-term self and peer assessment. IBE Practicum Portfolio (pass/fail) • To facilitate learning from the IBE experience. • To represent your experience and your learning to others (e.g. prospective employers).
