By walking you through the process we use, you will be able to see if this process can be of benefit to your school.
We have used this process for 3 years and the information gleaned are the goals for the current school year and the backbone of our Effectiveness Report.

How we use this information to impact instruction
4. 4/14/2012 4 Overview This process results in the Goals each grade uses for the current instructional year in both Reading and Math
We use the CRT data to determine if we met our goals from last year and the NWEA data to determine where our students are ( instructional level) on the way to meeting our goals.
5. 4/14/2012 5 Vocabulary CRT – Montcas Criterion Referenced Test Phase 2
NWEA – on line Map testing that determines instructional level of each student in terms of a RIT score, aligned with Montana Proficiency .

Go to www.measuredprogress.org
Pull down and select clients
Select Montana
Scroll down to Content Standards
Reading and Math Progressing Toward Standards.
Go to Program overview
Select MontCas Alt Assess
Copy Montana Reading and Math standards and Expanded Benchmarks –( Gr. 4, 8, and 10, upon graduation) Explain details
