Its 295-acre campus is located in Terre Haute, Indiana. Currently has 198 active cards on campus Purchasing is de-centralized, P-Card management is centralized No departmental cards, all cards issued to individuals Card usage is optional, but the program has ‘sold’ itself Facilities and Bookstore are major P-Card users Monthly reconciliation through MasterCard smartData integrated with Ellucian’s Banner Business Office has seen a dramatic drop in checks printed and emergency check runs Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology
