  2. Before you come here. (1/2) • Everything you need for your personal requirement, such as medical staffs and stationeries. • All the documents and certificates. • You may need to copy and bring it with you. • For instance, your Taiwan identity card or even your passport.

  3. Before you come here. (2/2) • Check the currency • Prepare enough money before you come here. • It would be a bit difficult if you need to transfer money from Taiwan to Australia, coz you must ask someone for assistance. • Check the weight of your packages • It costs you a lot if it’s overweight.

  4. The staffs I recommended • 大同電鍋 • Ihave to say it is really important for an overseas student, especially Taiwanese!!! • Eye contact • It would be inconvenience to buy it in Australia. • Some textbook related to your major • If you want you could bring Chinese text books, because it would help you to get the idea in English.

Some thing you should know • Australia • Demographic info, like location, culture, weather... • Tradition • Habits • You should call 000 for police help, but they might not give you any further feedback after that  • How to avoid the troubles, in order to protect yourself, DO NOT STAY ALONE WHEN IT’S LATE!!

  6. Some thing you should know • UWS • The university policy. • The major course you need to take. • The way to get information. (library, website…) • Demographic info, like location, culture, weather...

Learning Experience • Stay focus on what lecturer taught • It is the best way to understand what they taught. • Making note • You need to catch the key word to make note. • Must be quick and correct! • Don’t be hesitate to rise your hand • If you have question, just ask! • The lecturer would be very happy to help you.

  8. The Assessments • Logical Structure • It is really important when you doing your homework. • Plagiarism • Do not copy something and past. It is very serious if you do so. • Please do remember to do reference. • The framework • Using theoretical framework to help you make clear explanation.

  9. The budget. • Tuition fee • It would be slightly adjust by the school, however it would be nearly fixed. • It would be around 23,000 AUD for total, including the language course (EAPIII) • Living cost • I’d like to suggest you to prepare 20000 for living purpose. • The price here is three times than Taiwan. (in everything!!)
