  3. Cypriot village salad Green vegetables with tomatoes and feta(feta is a Greek dairy product)

  4. Souvlaki It's small pieces of pork or lamb on charcoal which go in pita on a special bread

  5. Souvla This is number one traditional Cypriot food. It's pork or lamb on charcoal.

  6. Agrelia(asparagus) The green dish is agrelia (fried asparagus with eggs)

  7. Koupepia These are stuffed vine leaves

  8. Makaroniatoufournou-pastichio This is pasta with minced meat

  9. Xmas sweets Simply delicious!

  10. Christmas cake We always eat Christmas cake at Christmas

  11. Santa’s cake with a coin inside

  12. Melomakarona

  13. Kourapiedes

  14. Flaounes for Easter Eastercakes with eggs, cheese, sultanas, sugarandstuffontheinsidewrappedin a kindofpastryandovenbaked. We eat thematEaster, whereyouwillfindtheminallthebakeryshops.
