  2. Summary Powerless is about a boy named Daniel Corrigan who has no powers. He moves to Noble Green (the safest town on earth) to take care of his sick grandma. Soon he discovers that this town has mysterious kid super heroes. He befriends them, while they unravel more about the super heroes and their powers. They tell him that there is a mysterious shadow figure that takes away their powers when they turn thirteen. Who is the Shroud and will they discover him? Read this book to find out.
