  3. 1.1 Progress / Actions • Develop Key performance indicator measurement for current state activity.(All 25/09) • Workstream leaders to have in diary first of their meetings(Holly 25/09) • Photographs of current state on wall (Ray 18/09) • Drawings of current and future state (Ray 25/09) • Complete Scope document and milestones(Holly 18/09) • Invite Procurement representative to join team (Holly 18/09) • Stock versus average consumption as opposed to days of supply which is flawed. (Statement) • Develop stock profile as per Bev’s example for raw material and film stock (Holly 25/09) • Send L’BORO templates to RD (Jason 18/09) • Meeting taken place with CHT and FSS, no blockers Bev (Statement) • Actual stock profile does not reflect ones used in VSM event, change current map figures to reflect actual stock profile (Holly RM / Bev FG 18/09) • System can handle current state requirements for stock in hand at DC’s (Bev Statement) • Phased approach to reducing finished stock, due to promotional complexities (Statement) • Develop transaction flow diagram (Ken 25/09) • System support, if needed, a barrier (Statement) HDH VSM PLT

  23. 4.1 Overview • Blending to supply a 5T of Chilli Con Carne product to Retail Line 10 on a weekly basis • 5T of Chilli Con Carne = 8 totes of product (2 schedules) • 8 totes to be available for Sunday night shift each week • Retail Kanban area to be designed for Line 10 • Blending Kanban area to de designated for 8 Chilli con Carne totes • Blending will commence Blending the Chilli Con Carne, once the 8th tote is returned to the Blending Kanban area • Flexibility available to increase/decrease weekly requirement, dependant on sales of Chilli Con Carne HDH VSM PLT
