4.1 Overview • Blending to supply a 5T of Chilli Con Carne product to Retail Line 10 on a weekly basis • 5T of Chilli Con Carne = 8 totes of product (2 schedules) • 8 totes to be available for Sunday night shift each week • Retail Kanban area to be designed for Line 10 • Blending Kanban area to de designated for 8 Chilli con Carne totes • Blending will commence Blending the Chilli Con Carne, once the 8th tote is returned to the Blending Kanban area • Flexibility available to increase/decrease weekly requirement, dependant on sales of Chilli Con Carne HDH VSM PLT
