Governance • The MAT Trust Boardis responsible for the overall strategic direction of both schools, and for ensuring it meets its legal obligations. • Bohunt and Priory retain own Local Governing Bodies (LGBs), preserving distinct characteristics of member schools devolved powers from Trust Board. • Continual school improvement through mutual support Prudent financial management to ensure future sustainability
Governance • MAT Trust Board to approve LGB submitted budget • LGBs will set, monitor and review individual school’s budgets. • Membership of the LGBs will be drawn from the areas they serve and include parents, staff and members of the wider local community.
