  4. For setup process • Connect the HDMI cable at both the ends. One at back of Roku and other at TV end.

  5. Connect the power adapter to Roku through power connector. • Insert the batteries in remote. Always insert the negative terminal first. If the remote not working then check the batteries and insert it again.

  6. See if your screen displays Roku HDCP unauthorized content display on it then there is loose cable connection at the ends of your terminal. Unplug the cable and plug it again. If the screen yet displays the same message then you have to change the HDMI connector cable. • Connect your Roku with the network. You can connect it wirelessly or through Ethernet cable.

  7. Enter the language. • Enter the password and verification link provided on the account. • If the purple screen displays Roku error code 001, 003 during installation then this problem is related to network connection. You may have problem with network server or maintenance going on at server network.

  8. To resolve this issue. Unplug the Roku and TV from the socket and enter the settings again by plugging Ethernet cable at the back of your Roku device. Once your Roku establishes connection with the network then find the available Wi-Fi networks from the list.
