They identify the resources where to locate the information required for completing Section C of the RPA Checklist and other related pertinent information. Please note these slides do not cover Section A, Items 1-17 for assistance completing Section A you may reference the AFPC RPA Checklist Quick Reference Guide located on the myPers Website or contact your Vandenberg AFB Organization’s Servicing HR Staffing Specialist.

MPCNs (Manpower Control Numbers) For Overages A valid MPCN must be used for every position whether it is authorized on the UMD or is an overage. RPAs received at any Air Force regional staffing location without valid MPCNs will be closed. For consistency in identifying overage positions the listing in the references section below will be used to establish a temporary MPCN.
