Follow the steps to determine why a recipient does not receive the email message. • Must check the user’s SPAM folder. • Make sure that there is not a corporate SPAM filter. • Check invalid accounts for the email address, you can also search for the suspect email account and edit that account. Note- After this select ‘Mark as Valid’ and save.

  4. You can view the email report by pop on the graph icon then next to the sent message. • Choose the Recipients tab; verify email is in the recipient's list and also the message status. • Must check and verify the email address and yes use proper syntax. And it is done.
